Career History & Expertise:
Lynn qualified with an LLB (Hons) Degree in Law from Newcastle University. She has been a Solicitor for over 30 years and practised for 13 years in the UK specialising in all areas of Private Client law after qualifying. Lynn moved to the U.S for several years and worked as a Legal Consultant for various law firms specializing in Private Client law in Michigan and California. Lynn obtained the specialist professional qualification as a California licensed Professional Fiduciary to assist and legally represent the elderly and vulnerable in managing their legal and financial affairs.
On her return to the UK Lynn has joined the firm’s Private Client Department at our Fleet office. Her area of work includes advising clients on wills, estate planning, trusts, administration of estates, powers of attorney and court of protection.
Hobbies & Interests:
Lynn enjoys playing the piano, attending concerts especially musical theatre, tennis and walking.
