Trust Law

Trust Law concerns the creation and protection of asset funds, which are usually held by one or more person for someone else’s benefit. We offer advice and assistance with all aspects of the creation and administration of Trusts, including pilot Trusts, Asset Protection trusts, Trusts for the disabled. With many years experience in Trust Law, we can advise on the appropriate form of Trust for any given purpose, who the trustees should be and the tax implications of setting up the Trust.

We can also deal with the day-to-day running of Trusts and, where appropriate, preparing Trust tax returns and annual accounts.
