Law firms continue to be the focus of criminal behaviour with scammers falsely claiming to work for Solicitors as part of sophisticated scheming in attempt to defraud.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority recently published a scam alert confirming that a member of the public had received an email from “Robert D Olivo” who falsely claimed to work for Bates Solicitors.
No such person works or has ever worked for this firm.
Bates Solicitors are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and all our solicitors are listed on the Law Society website via their Find a Solicitor page.
