When moving house, I didn’t think twice at who I was going to use as my conveyance lawyer, obviously Robert Habbitts from Bates Solicitors. And he didn’t disappoint me.

Robert goes the extra mile, and nothing is too much trouble. I had a difficult probate purchase with the people pulling out the morning I was moving out of the family home, so was homeless and having to move away to stay with family and had to start the process again. He supported me through this time and then once I found my new home, he moved things through swiftly and made sure that all the boxes were ticked and pushed the purchase through quickly and efficiently.
