We are classified as Key Workers and as such have been open for business throughout COVID-19.
Following government guidance all visits to our offices must be by prior booked appointment only.
Wherever appropriate we are carrying out appointments by telephone or video conferencing. There are certain circumstances when face-to-face meetings are essential and clients need to visit our office.
We have conducted a detailed Risk Assessment for each office to help ensure that both our staff and clients remain safe. The measures we have taken in each office differs depending on the size, layout and access at each location.
We have noticed a significant increase in business following the re-opening of Estate Agents and the announcement by Rishi Sunak, Chancellor of the Exchequer, of the SDLT exemption scheme.
We are operating with reduced staff with some members working remotely and others ‘shielding’. As a consequence it may take longer than usual to answer incoming telephone calls.
