Nisha completed her Law and Criminology LLB degree at Sheffield University in 2012 and went straight to study the Bar at City Law School in London. She decided to cross qualify and was called to the roll in 2019. She is a member of Gray’s Inn Court.
Nisha has worked at several firms in Surrey and has over 10 years’ experience in property law. Nisha has also worked with Family Lawyers and Litigators to compliment her knowledge of property law and took seats in both for her training contract. She therefore has a good foundation of wider issues that may affect a transaction.
Nisha handles shared ownership, Islamic finance, informal lease extensions, new build properties (both sale and purchase), Leasehold property work, transfers of equity and other such property transactions.
Hobbies & Interests:
Nisha is a keen sports fan – holding a season ticket for Coventry City Football club! Other sports Nisha enjoys are Rugby and Cricket and she is often getting tickets to watch matches with her family. Nisha is a keen cinema goer, and tries to go to the cinema as often as possible to see all the new releases. Nisha also enjoys quizzing and having random facts to hand! This is all coupled with her love of food/travelling!
